Corrosion Resistant Products
| AAA Technology provides TRI*BOLT™ corrosion resistant U-bolts to be place around the pipe to eliminate metal to metal contact & the resultant corrosion. With TRI•BOLT™, water no longer collects on the pipe surface at U-bolt locations where corrosion is initiated. TRI•BOLT™ prevents electrical conductivity between the pipe and the pipe support member and can be used at operating temperatures up to 225°F (107°C) on all pipe diameters up to 48”. TRI•BOLT™ is available in carbon steel with a HDG finish, 304 SS and 316 SS. TRI*BOLT™ is available with a tight fitting poly jacket or with TRI*COAT™ thermally adhered coating. |

| AAA Technology provides TRI•GUARD™ thermoplastic bars to be placed under the pipe to eliminate metal to metal contact & the resultant corrosion. With TRI•GUARD™, water no longer pools on pipe support surfaces under the pipe. Water runs off due to the TRI•GUARD™ shape. TRI•GUARD™ prevents electrical conductivity between the pipe and the pipe support member. TRI•GUARD™ can be used at operating temperatures up to 250°F (120°C) and under all pipe diameters up to 48”. |
